I'm having problems w/ UDPP too! So disappointing b.c you hear so much good things about it. I asked a friend if she has any tips to share when using PP and she told me that you should pat it in and let it soak in for about 1 minute. I haven't tried that sugesstions yet but hopefully it will help us both and anyone else who is having issues w/ UDPP.
